Overview

We’re seeking a Sr. UX Researcher to join the Foundation Model team. This role focuses on shaping intuitive, impactful user experiences for AI and agentic frameworks that accelerate drug discovery. The ideal candidate has experience with LLMs (Large Language Models), AI agents, and a background in biotech, pharma, or related industries, with a proven record of shipping internal software or tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX research to inform AI product strategy and roadmap.
• Design and execute usability studies for LLM and agent-driven products.
• Collect and analyze user feedback to optimize AI and agentic systems.
• Build and manage reusable user-testing infrastructure for internal tools.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and scientists to translate research insights into product improvements.
• Present clear, data-driven insights to influence design and strategy decisions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in UX research and usability testing for complex systems or internal tools.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM-based products and AI agent interfaces.
• Strong background in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Experience with platforms like UserTesting or Contentsquare.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to connect user insights to product strategy and business outcomes.
• Experience in biotech, pharma, or scientific software development.
• Background in drug discovery workflows or scientific tools.
• Hands-on work with LLM protocols (e.g., MCP) and internal AI applications.
