Join our team as an Agency Producer. We are seeking a passionate, self‑driven, natural‑born salesperson with a desire to make a difference in people’s lives. You will help grow the office’s revenue by offering products that people need for security and peace of mind.

District

Albuquerque & Northern New Mexico. Lead by District Manager Jason Cassidy.

• Strong support & coaching to help you define and reach your goals.

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross‑sell or up‑sell opportunity, including financial products.

• Maintain client relationships through follow‑up phone calls.

Requirements

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable.
