Job Duties

Support execution of omni-channel marketing campaigns across digital, in-store, and social platforms. Maintain promotional calendars to ensure deals, events, and campaigns launch on time. Coordinate branded assets + physical collateral for stores, including signage, print materials, business cards, and handouts. Assist in drafting internal campaign briefs and distributing go-to-market plans to stores. Partner cross-functionally to support new product and promotional launches. Manage and track swag, signage, and retail marketing supplies. Use Alpine IQ to assist with audience building, segmentation, and reporting. Build and schedule campaigns across email, SMS, and MMS. Pull performance reports from Alpine IQ and Dutchie to support business insights. Conduct basic market, customer, and competitive analysis to support strategy. Assist with campaign performance analytics and optimization recaps. Support loyalty, retention, and customer journey programs. Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors, suppliers, and partners. Coordinate vendor programming — information collection, creative needs, and approvals. Support scheduling, logistics, and execution of vendor days, store events, and pop-ups. Assist with planning event staffing, booth setup, giveaways, and activations. Capture photo/video content at store events when appropriate. Track brand-funded promotions and ensure accurate execution in-store. Assist with reporting on vendor promotions and campaign performance. Support day-to-day organic social content drafting + scheduling. Help organize and source brand assets (video, imagery, creative materials). Assist with community management and audience engagement. Assist with media planning and buying, including research and coordination. Support print production needs, including ordering, routing, and delivery tracking. Maintain shared project trackers, campaign calendars, and task lists. Communicate cross-functionally to ensure timelines and deliverables are met. Support execution of events and brand activations. Occasional travel to retail stores may be required. Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in marketing or retail marketing; cannabis strongly preferred. Familiarity with Alpine IQ (or similar CRM/loyalty platforms). Experience using Dutchie for reporting and insights. Hands-on experience with social media execution. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work collaboratively across departments. Comfort working with spreadsheets and basic reporting. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of state + local cannabis marketing compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

Multi-store retail marketing experience. Experience coordinating events or pop-up activations. Comfort with CMS tools; familiarity with HTML is a plus. Comfort with design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar). Experience with audience segmentation + A/B testing. Familiarity with SEO, web analytics, or paid media platforms.

Salary

$55,000 - $70,000 a year The Marketing Coordinator will support the planning and implementation of retail and brand marketing needs across our store network. This role is responsible for campaign planning and execution, vendor and promotional coordination, email & SMS operations (via Alpine IQ), reporting support using Dutchie, assisting with media planning and buying, coordinating print orders, and supporting brand presence in-store and online, as well as other retail marketing efforts. This role is perfect for someone who loves solving problems, can manage many moving parts, and is eager to grow within the cannabis industry.
