We are looking for a high performing Marketing Lead (SaaS Vertical) who can take ownership of our brand, growth strategy, and demand generation engine as we launch a new B2B SaaS vertical to deliver software solutions to business customers. This is a hands-on leadership role for a marketer who has executed campaigns directly and is ready to lead at the next level—building scalable programs, managing agencies, and shaping the marketing organization. You’ll guide our brand, drive measurable growth, and establish the marketing foundation for the company’s next stage. How you’ll make an impact:
Lead the development and execution of our marketing strategy to drive awareness, pipeline growth, and customer acquisition. Leverage insights from our existing business to position the new software vertical effectively and identify cross-sell opportunities. Oversee and coordinate outsourced partners across paid search, paid social, content marketing, and creative. Own brand strategy and positioning, ensuring a consistent and differentiated presence across all channels. Manage performance and demand generation programs, optimizing across paid, organic, and partner channels. Develop a data-driven approach to track performance, optimize spend, and report on ROI, funnel metrics, and key KPIs. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure alignment across the buyer journey. Establish marketing processes, tools, and analytics for scalable, repeatable growth. About you:
5–10+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology-driven environments. Proven success running demand generation and performance marketing programs (SEM, paid social, content, SEO). Hands-on experience executing campaigns as well as managing agencies or external specialists. Strong analytical mindset with experience managing marketing KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates. Excellent understanding of brand development and storytelling in a competitive market. Skilled communicator and collaborator across functions and levels. Experience building or scaling marketing foundations in a growth-stage company and establishing a GTM function for a new product area. Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, GA4). Strategic thinker with a bias for action — comfortable moving between strategy and execution, and thriving in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
