Job Overview The Demand Generation Marketing Manager at Collabrios Health will be a strategic and hands‑on marketer responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing programs that attract, nurture, and convert high‑quality leads—fueling pipeline growth and revenue acceleration. The ideal candidate combines a data‑driven mindset with creative agility—someone who can drive measurable impact while ensuring strong collaboration and flawless execution across campaigns, events, and processes. In addition to leading campaigns, this individual will oversee marketing operations, events, and resources to ensure efficiency, alignment, and scalability across the organization.

Key Responsibilities Demand Generation

Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi‑channel demand generation strategy to drive qualified leads, pipeline growth, and measurable revenue impact.

Leverage digital channels including SEO, SEM, paid social, content syndication, webinars, and email marketing to reach and engage target audiences.

Build programs that support awareness, engagement, and conversion across the entire customer journey.

Marketing Operations & Automation

Oversee marketing automation and CRM integration (HubSpot and Salesforce) to ensure data accuracy, lead flow alignment, and performance visibility.

Partner with Sales Operations to optimize lead scoring, routing, and reporting for maximum conversion efficiency.

Continuously refine processes and technology to enhance speed, visibility, and impact across campaigns.

Campaign Management

Plan, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns that align with strategic initiatives, product launches, and sales goals.

Use analytics to test, measure, and refine campaign performance—driving continuous improvement in ROI.

Ensure brand and messaging consistency across all campaign touchpoints.

Event Strategy & Execution

Lead the planning, execution, and measurement of industry events, conferences, and webinars—ensuring alignment with Collabrios’ growth and brand objectives.

Partner cross‑functionally to maximize event ROI, from pre‑event promotion through post‑event lead nurturing and follow‑up.

Establish event frameworks and metrics to ensure repeatability and efficiency across all in‑person and virtual engagements.

Sales & Marketing Alignment

Serve as the strategic bridge between Marketing and Sales to ensure alignment on lead quality, campaign performance, and pipeline contribution.

Develop field marketing initiatives and sales enablement programs that strengthen brand presence and accelerate deal velocity.

Analytics & Reporting

Establish clear KPIs and dashboards to track performance across campaigns, events, and demand generation programs.

Translate complex data into actionable insights that guide strategy and budget allocation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with 3+ years in a leadership or management role.

Proven success developing and executing data‑driven demand generation strategies that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue growth.

Expertise with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate performance metrics into strategic actions.

Demonstrated success partnering with Sales in a field marketing or demand generation capacity.

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft, or Canva.

Experience managing budgets, third‑party vendors, or external partnerships.

Familiarity with marketing or selling in the healthcare industry.

Background working within small, agile, and high‑performing marketing teams.

Prior experience in a startup, growth‑stage, or PE‑backed company.

Interest in building marketing processes and teams from the ground up.

Salary: $135,000 – $145,000
