In support of the successful growth of the BenQ Business Projector line of business, we are looking for a
B2B Assistant Marketing Manager
who will be responsible for supporting the sales team by listening and helping customers to understand their needs, then developing and implementing strategies to build awareness and position for the BenQ Business projectors in the North American market. This role will align with and report directly to the Senior Director regarding the business vision, direction, and strategies of the business projectors and InstaShow Wireless Presentation Systems.
Responsibilities
Influencer and Media Management: Work with product management to identify, profile, and establish relationships with key influencers in target markets; develop and execute influencer marketing plans; create compelling content for media outlets to boost brand credibility and product value.
Content and Inbound Marketing: Leverage inbound marketing tools to learn customer needs and create automated responses; produce content (product descriptions, datasheets, case studies, videos, graphics, landing pages, emails, infographics, white papers, blog articles, etc.); work with marketing and sales to execute marketing automation campaigns in HubSpot and Salesforce for lead nurturing and lead generation; develop co-marketing campaigns with channel partners; create and manage partner enablement materials; analyze campaign performance to optimize ROI.
Event Planning & Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate and promotional events; manage vendors, budgets, and logistics; track event performance and ROI to optimize future strategies.
Social Media Management: Develop and execute a social media strategy across relevant platforms; create and publish content aligned with brand messaging; monitor performance and trends; prepare performance reports; stay updated on platform changes.
Data Analysis & Performance Tracking: Analyze website performance metrics using Google Analytics 4 or similar tools; assess content effectiveness and keyword positioning; provide insights to optimize future marketing initiatives.
Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
5+ years of experience in a relevant B2B digital or product marketing discipline, including lead generation, management, and marketing automation
Excellent written communication and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex messages
Content Management System experience – Adobe Experience Manager a plus
Strategic, analytic, and creative judgment skills
Ability to work in fast-paced environments and react to digital data
Collaborative with cross-functional teams in the US and HQ
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Creativity aligned with global branding guidelines
Strong knowledge of current trends in digital media and social media
Self-motivated with a professional approach to management and teamwork
Detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines in a changing environment and manage multiple tasks
Competent in SEO/SEM with strong analytical skills
HubSpot experience with creating emails, landing pages, and drip campaigns
Salesforce or other CRM experience
Excellent business software skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce)
Flexible, innovative, results-driven with a hunter mentality; able to work with minimal supervision
Strong communication skills to present ideas to various levels of an organization
Education Bachelor’s degree required: Business, Marketing and Communications, or related field preferred
Compensation Based on experience, we offer a very competitive base salary plus a bonus
