Base pay range $20.00/hr - $25.00/hr We are a growing digital marketing agency looking for an experienced Meta Ads expert (Facebook & Instagram) to manage and optimize ongoing client campaigns. The ideal candidate is strategic, analytical, and creative, someone who can build full-funnel Meta ad campaigns that drive results and provide clear, actionable reporting for client-facing updates. Responsibilities Strategically plan, build, and manage Meta ad campaigns (traffic, conversion, lead gen, retargeting, etc.) Conduct audience research and segmentation Create and test ad variations while collaborating with our internal teams Monitor performance, analyze data, and continuously optimize for results (ROAS, CPA, CPL, etc.) Coordinate with content and design teams to ensure ad assets are on-brand and high-performing Track conversions via Meta Pixel and Events Manager, and use GA4 or third-party analytics for deeper insights Provide clear, branded monthly reports and recommendations Requirements Proven experience managing Meta Ads for multiple clients or brands Strong understanding of the Meta Ads platform, including Business Manager and Events Manager Skilled in campaign structure, funnel strategy, and data interpretation Excellent written communication skills for reporting and internal updates Experience with e-commerce, lead gen, or service-based business campaigns Comfortable working under a white-label setup and signing an NDA Nice to Have Experience with Google Ads or TikTok Ads Creative direction or copywriting experience Familiarity with tools like Slack, Airtable, and Figma Long-term, with room to grow Must be responsive and able to turn around campaign edits/optimizations quickly Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Marketing and Sales Industry Advertising Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
