DDL Advertising is a full-service marketing and advertising agency that partners with some of the region’s most recognizable brands. We’re a collaborative, fast-moving team that thrives on creativity, strategy, and results—and we’re looking for a Marketing & Creative Associate to join our crew.

This hybrid role is perfect for a creative problem-solver who enjoys wearing multiple hats. You’ll work closely with our design, media, and account teams to bring ideas to life—from concept to execution—across digital, social, and traditional channels.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with the design and production of marketing materials including digital ads, print collateral, social graphics, and video elements.
• Support ongoing campaigns by preparing creative assets for both organic and paid media.
• Collaborate with the design and media teams to brainstorm, plan, and execute integrated campaigns.
• Help manage client content calendars and support social content creation.
• Organize and maintain creative assets, imagery, and project files for agency and client use.
• Assist in reporting campaign results and identifying creative optimization opportunities.
• Participate in internal creative reviews and contribute to concept development sessions.
• Support marketing and administrative tasks as needed to keep projects moving smoothly.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or creative production (agency experience preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools (video editing a plus).
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
• An eye for detail and a genuine enthusiasm for design, media, and storytelling.
