What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO site audits to identify issues and opportunities for improvement
• Optimize, configure, and remediate technical SEO elements, including site navigation, internal linking, and indexability
• Monitor site speed and implement necessary updates to enhance performance
• Leverage structured data effectively across client websites following best practices
• Quickly identify and resolve technical SEO issues as they arise

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Advanced experience working with the technical aspects of SEO campaigns or similar work
• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods, particularly Google's
• Expert knowledge of Google Search Console and troubleshooting GSC errors
• Proficiency in using Screaming Frog and building technical audits in Google Sheets
• Strong understanding of the WordPress CMS and SEO-related plugins

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with SEO industry programs such as GA4, GTM, Ahrefs, SEMRush, etc.
• Functional knowledge of other popular CMS platforms and page builders
• Background in other aspects of marketing, including customer growth, CRO, and promotion
