Reports To: Vice President of Business Development

Overview

We're seeking a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator with a strong background in graphic design and social media management. The ideal candidate will be able to balance design creativity with marketing strategy, while also assisting in the preparation of RFQs/RFPs and client-facing materials.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Coordination

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and print channels.
  • Support business development efforts through targeted marketing materials and proposals.
Graphic Design
  • Design and produce visual assets including brochures, flyers, trade show materials, ads, and digital graphics.
  • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with vendors, printers, and team members to ensure high-quality output.
Social Media Management
  • Manage company social media profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Create and schedule engaging posts that reflect company culture and services.
  • Monitor performance metrics and engagement, adjusting strategy as needed.
  • Stay current with trends and best practices in digital marketing and social platforms.
RFQ / Proposal Support
  • Prepare and organize RFQ and RFP responses, including company resumes, project sheets, and qualifications.
  • Design and format proposal documents to align with branding standards.
  • Collaborate with estimating and business development teams to ensure timely, professional submissions.
  • Maintain a library of proposal templates and marketing collateral for future use.
Content & Communication
  • Write, edit, and proofread marketing copy, press releases, and website content.
  • Update company website.
  • Assist with internal communications, event coordination, and sponsorship opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of marketing experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Experience managing social media and content creation tools.
  • Excellent writing, organization, and time management skills.
  • Experience preparing RFQs/RFPs a strong plus.
