Base pay range $68,700.00/yr - $73,000.00/yr

The Brand Marketing Coordinator will be an integral part of the marketing team and work alongside the Brand and Influencer Marketing Manager to develop brand, social media, influencer, and event strategy that will be critical for business growth, brand development, and an evolving content engine. Reporting to Brand & Influencer Marketing Manager

Position Location – Headquarters, Costa Mesa, CA

Hybrid Schedule – 3-4 Days In Office / 1-2 Days Remote

Position Duties and Responsibilities

Identify marketing trends and technologies, conduct competitor research, and propose innovative ideas for marketing initiatives

Partner with the Brand Marketing Manager to develop marketing strategies and initiatives that increase brand awareness and revenue growth

Work cross-functionally with creative, e-commerce, sales, and merchandising teams to support business and content needs

Own sample coordination, managing and organizing photo marketing samples as well as handling sales and production sample requests

Assist with affiliate and influencer program strategy and management on ShopMy and LTK

Maintain gifting and seeding programs, including PR, influencers, consumers, and total brand network

Manage community engagement across both paid and organic social

Schedule posts for organic social channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, on Dash Social and natively as needed

Support on the planning and execution of brand activations and events for consumers, influencers, retailers, and media

Acts as a strong brand representative, nurturing relationships with customers, talent, agents, vendors, and other partners through effective written and verbal communication

Assist with photoshoot production, content creation, and other marketing and e-commerce initiatives as needed

Qualifications / Experience / Skills / Competencies

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

2-3 years of marketing or related experience required

Experience working with a fashion brand preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Apps required

Experience with social media and influencer marketing tools preferred (e.g. LTK, ShopMy, GRIN, TRIBE, Dash Social, etc.)

Experience with Asana, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite a plus

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Highly organized with careful attention to detail

Works well in a collaborative and fast‑paced environment

Creative thinker and up to date on emerging marketing trends

Excellent project management skills with flexibility to switch between multiple projects

Enjoy working in a creative and high‑energy environment that requires flexibility as we build a dynamic and fast‑growing marketing program

Physical Demands / Work Environment This position is currently operating as 3-4 days in office / partial remote position. Work is conducted in an air‑conditioned office environment or at home office.

Frequent use of hands, eyes, speech utilizing computer and work‑related equipment. Frequent sitting, occasional standing / dexterity.

Occasionally required to stand, walk, climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl

Continually required to sit, utilize hand and finger dexterity, talk & hear

Occasionally exposure to outside weather conditions

While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate

The employee must occasionally lift and /or move more than 20-25 pounds

Specific vision abilities required by this job include: Close vision; Distance vision; Color vision; Peripheral vision; Depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Specialized equipment, machines, or vehicles used: computer, laptop, printer, copy machine

Position Salary Range $68,700-$73,000 Annually

As required by applicable Pay Transparency laws, Z SUPPLY provides a range of compensation for roles that may be hired in locations under these requirements. To determine starting pay within the hiring range, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, role/level, a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, internal parity and other relevant factors. Flexibility outside of the salary range listed may be considered based on additional skills or qualifications a candidate may possess that may justify additional compensation. Company paid health benefits, PTO, bonus and other various company perks are not included in the salary range listed above and are considered additional compensation.
