Acts Housing is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Marketing Coordinator to support our fast-paced, mission-driven marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will manage website updates, coordinate swag and collateral, support events, and help collect and share powerful family stories.

What you will do:
Maintain and update our WordPress website and Salesforce Marketing Cloud pages
Keep mailing lists clean and organized
Support event logistics, materials, and marketing requests
Manage marketing inventory and swag fulfillment
Coordinate storytelling efforts with families and staff
Assist with internal communications and partner support
What you will need:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1–2 years in a marketing, communications, or agency support role, including internships
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with Google Workspace, Canva, WordPress, and social media preferred
Familiarity with a CRM system
Ability to travel locally for events/interviews (~every 6–8 weeks)
