Overview Riviera Dining Group (RDG) is seeking a highly skilled Influencer & Community Specialist to represent our brand voice, engage customers, and shape community strategies across virtual and real‑world spaces. Responsibilities Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms to engage with the community and address any questions or concerns. Identify trends and patterns in customer feedback to provide insights to the broader team and improve brand services and messaging. Build relationships with key influencers, advocates, and customers to foster brand advocacy and generate user‑generated content. Manage influencer outreach for brand collaborations and partnership opportunities. Maintain Riviera Dining Group’s social media posting calendars. Create a community building strategy for RDG social media accounts to engage & inform employees, investors, and others about upcoming hirings, announcements, and partnerships. Escalate issues and customer complaints to appropriate internal teams for timely resolution. Develop crisis management protocols to address potential negative online events that could impact brand reputation. Moderate online communities, including forums, groups, and social media channels, to ensure positive engagement and brand reputation. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, branding, customer service, reservations) to align community initiatives with business goals. Use social media listening and analytics tools to monitor brand mentions and sentiment online and adjust strategies accordingly. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in community marketing and social media. Requirements / Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in community management, social media management, or a related field. Hospitality experience required. Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage diverse audiences. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers, influencers, and partners. Familiarity with social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Canva, Iconosquare). Understanding of social media analytics and engagement metrics. Knowledge of content marketing best practices. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills; proactive issue identification and resolution. Physical Demands and Work Environment General office assignments—typing; repetitive motion. Seated in a stationary position for several hours during the workday.
