About the Role Artificial Intelligence (AI) is fundamentally transforming the marketing discipline and customers are consuming information in new ways. The AI Business Solutions (ABS) team is looking for a leader who can turn strategy into execution and orchestrate cross‑team collaboration to evolve the entire marketing organization to a Frontier mindset. You will use data, insights, learning technologies, and AI‑powered tools to develop innovative go‑to‑market strategies, accelerate the use of AI and agents in marketing workflows, and deliver measurable business results.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Copilot Frontier & Future of Work Marketing Team (CF&FoW) to articulate a vision for Frontier Marketing.

Develop innovative strategies to accelerate AI and agent adoption and leverage AI‑powered tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly) to transform traditional marketing approaches within ABS.

Define ABS customer‑marketing “units of production” to uncover opportunities for automation and value creation.

Provide thought leadership on transforming ABS marketing to be Frontier‑first, partnering with CF&FoW to convert pilots into customer success stories with measurable KPIs.

Accelerate adoption of marketing systems of learning to inform strategy and tactics, and scale AI‑driven content creation tools.

Use data‑driven approaches to identify missed opportunities and refine go‑to‑market strategies in collaboration with cross‑team stakeholders.

Ensure messaging, programs, and enablement materials resonate with audiences to accelerate adoption and customer success.

Run the Copilot & Future of Work monthly SteerCo to drive alignment, resolve blockers, and partner with the GM and Leadership Team on strategic marketing planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related field, plus: Master’s with 4+ years of business experience, or

Bachelor’s with 6+ years of business experience, or

Equivalent experience.

4+ years of product marketing experience in the technology industry.

Experience driving AI business solutions.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related field with 8+ years of marketing or sales experience, or

Bachelor’s with 12+ years of experience, or

Equivalent experience.

Experience working in business consulting or consulting firms.

8+ years of product marketing experience in the technology industry (enterprise/B2B software or cloud services preferred).

Experience in enterprise B2B marketing focused on digital transformation and AI‑driven innovation.

Experience with AI‑driven solutions, including AI agent technologies.

Proven ability to craft and drive marketing strategy in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for C‑level executives and technical teams.

Ability to build meaningful cross‑functional relationships and influence at multiple levels of the organization.

Compensation and Benefits Product Marketing IC5 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $130,900–$251,900 per year. In the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area, the range is $165,600–$272,300 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for additional benefits and compensation.
