About the Role The AI Marketing Specialist position bridges advanced technical skillset with change management, ensuring that artificial intelligence (AI) solutions deliver measurable business value and are embraced by users at scale. The AI Marketing Specialist will lead cross‑functional initiatives, develop enablement resources, and act as an internal evangelist for responsible, impactful AI adoption.

Responsibilities

Identify high‑impact AI use cases in partnership with business leaders, prioritizing those aligned with strategic goals and Return on Investment (ROI) potential.

Translate complex AI updates and capabilities into actionable insights for technical and non‑technical audiences.

Track and report on adoption metrics, usage analytics, and business outcomes to demonstrate value and inform strategy.

Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and hands‑on labs tailored to diverse user groups (engineering, business, operations).

Suggest enablement content: onboarding guides, best‑practice documentation, prompt libraries, and use‑case libraries.

Ensure all AI solutions meet internal governance standards, including data privacy, ethical use, and regulatory compliance.

Key Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related field AND 3+ years experience in business, OR Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related field AND 5+ years experience in business, OR equivalent experience.

3+ years of experience developing and executing phased adoption roadmaps, including pilot programs, feedback loops, and enterprise‑wide scaling.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related field AND 6+ years experience in business, OR Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related field AND 8+ years experience in business, OR equivalent experience.

Compensation & Benefits Product Marketing IC4 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 – $203,600 per year. For specific work locations such as the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range is USD $137,600 – $222,600 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
