This will include managing local marketing resources and budget in an efficient manner, working closely with strategic partners, driving localized social media content, organizing and executing events and building up lead pipeline to help local sales team to reach new prospects.If you are passionate about Marketing and Cyber Security, your place is with us!### Key Responsibilities* Build and execute local marketing plan in support of the business goals.* Manage local marketing resources and budgets efficiently.* Stakeholder management (including sales, operations, purchase).* Work closely with strategic partners to build and execute joint marketing activities using partner funds.* Organize and execute marketing activities targeted at system integrators and enterprise end users such as seminars, webinars, advertising, local public relations, etc.* Coordinate with Corporate PR, Social & Digital team for the development of supporting campaigns.* Drive local social media activities* Monitor lead follow up and conversions to opportunities in order to build healthy pipeline.* Work closely with the DACH sales organization and Europe Field marketing management to develop marketing plans that align with corporate strategy and support sales objectives.* Localize & customize corporate marketing campaigns and replicate in the region.* Evaluate, measure, and report on all marketing campaign and budget management effectiveness and ROI.### Qualifications* 5-7 years of relevant experience* Dedicated and ambitious person with inspiring personality and excellent communication skills.* Must be self-motivated and highly organized, with demonstrated project management skills and a keen attention to detail.* Proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns with focus on end user activities.* Solid event organization experience.* Good understanding of marketing via channel partners.* Willing to travel up to 40% of the time.* Experience in CRM systems (Salesforce, Snowflake and Marketo as advantage).* Proven track record in online marketing and social media* Business acumen and passion for being data driven.* Education in Marketing and/or Business Administration will be an advantage.* Native German, fluent English.Don'tWe're committed to fostering a diverse team of individuals.
