The Role We’re hiring a

Digital Marketing Manager

who can own campaigns from

concept to conversion , managing private equity capital-raise initiatives that attract, educate, and convert accredited investors. This role blends

creative execution

with

data-driven strategy . You’ll coordinate across design, CRM, and ad operations teams to deliver

full-funnel campaigns

that move investors from first impression to committed capital.

What You’ll Do

Manage Capital Raise Campaigns:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns for private equity and real estate offerings, from creative brief through post-launch reporting.

Client-Facing Strategy:

Interface directly with clients (fund managers, syndicators, developers) to understand investment goals and translate them into actionable marketing plans.

Creative Coordination:

Work with internal and external creative teams on ad copy, design, video, and PR packages that align with brand voice and compliance standards.

Email Marketing & Automation:

Build and manage investor journeys, nurture campaigns, and drip sequences within our CRM system (GoHighLevel-based).

Ad Campaign Management:

Oversee paid campaigns across

Google, Meta, and LinkedIn , ensuring performance optimization and compliance.

Social Media & Content Oversight:

Direct organic and paid strategies for brand positioning and investor engagement.

Performance Reporting:

Analyze campaign data, track investor funnel metrics, and present insights that drive continuous improvement.

Cross-Team Collaboration:

Partner closely with CRM developers, designers, and account managers to ensure seamless campaign delivery.

What We’re Looking For Must-Haves

4+ years of experience in

digital marketing , ideally in

financial services, private equity, real estate investing, or wealth management .

Proven success managing

multi-channel campaigns end-to-end .

Strong understanding of

email automation ,

lead funnels , and

investor journey mapping .

Experience managing creative teams (designers, videographers, writers).

Proficiency with

Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager , and analytics tools like

GA4, Looker Studio, or HubSpot .

Excellent communication and presentation skills — you’ll be

client-facing

and speaking directly with executives and investors.

Bonus Points For

Familiarity with

SEC/FINRA compliance ,

Reg D offerings , and investment marketing regulations.

Experience using

GoHighLevel

or similar marketing automation platforms.
