Senior Staff Product Manager, Ad Experience (Video)
Join Warner Bros. Discovery to lead the vision and execution of our Video Advertising Products. As a Senior Staff Product Manager, you will play a critical role in defining, building, and maintaining our ad‑supported video experiences across CTV, app, and web.
Your Role Accountabilities
Roadmap – Develop the video ad product roadmap across web, app, and CTV, identify high‑impact opportunities based on monetization and business needs, and translate them into clear, prioritized product requirements.
Execution – Draft concise product briefs and specs, user stories; partner with cross‑functional teams and ensure engineering understands requirements through implementation.
Ad Technology & Innovation – Leverage the latest ad technologies (SSAI, dynamic ad decisioning, contextual and addressable ads, shoppable video, pause ads, interactive overlays) and deep expertise in the video tech and ad‑serving ecosystem.
Product Discovery, Experimentation, & Data‑Driven Decision Making – Define a video experimentation framework, test and learn to optimize user experience and revenue (AVOD and SVOD).
Communication – Convey product roadmap, progress, and results to cross‑functional partners (streaming, ad tech, sales, legal, other product teams, Rev Ops, Subs), and collaborate with Digital Analytics, Ads, and Research for concise updates.
Qualifications and Experience
10+ years of product management experience with a focus on video and advertising products.
Proven success managing highly matrixed, complex product areas with multiple stakeholders, integrations, and cross‑functional teams.
Deep understanding of the digital video ad ecosystem – programmatic video, viewability, ad serving.
Best‑in‑class strategic thinking and the ability to translate business goals into actionable product plans (roadmapping and key result planning).
Analytical mindset.
Executive presence – comfortable presenting to leadership.

Compensation
Pay Range: $137,200.00 – $254,800.00 per year. Actual salaries vary based on location, role, experience and performance. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short‑ and long‑term incentives, and program‑specific awards.
