Job Description:

We are looking for a hands-on and data-driven Demandbase practitioner to own the execution of our account-based advertising strategy. Reporting to the Paid Media team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing all display and orchestration campaigns within Demandbase. Your work will directly contribute to accelerating our sales funnel and driving measurable pipeline revenue by engaging the right accounts and buyer groups at the right time.

What You'll Do

Campaign Management:

Own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of all Demandbase display and orchestration campaigns, ensuring alignment with our overarching GTM strategy.

Audience Segmentation:

Build, manage, and refine target account lists and audience segments using a combination of first, second, and third-party intent data to ensure campaign precision.

Performance & Reporting:

Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting dashboards to monitor campaign performance, analyzing key metrics like lift, engagement, click-through rate, and pipeline influence to provide actionable insights.

Optimization:

Continuously A/B test and optimize campaigns-including creative, messaging, and targeting-to improve performance and maximize ROI.

Collaboration:

Partner closely with Sales, BDRs, and the wider marketing team to ensure campaigns are aligned with our overall strategy.

What You'll Bring

3+ years of hands-on experience

managing advertising and orchestration campaigns directly within the Demandbase platform or similar ABM tools.

A proven track record of successfully launching and optimizing targeted B2B campaigns that drive measurable engagement and pipeline.

Deep expertise in

building complex audience segments

, custom reports, and automated workflows in Demandbase.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

A thorough understanding of

ABM principles

, demand generation best practices, and modern GTM strategy.
