Creative Director SUMMARY The Design Project Manager plays a pivotal role within the Design Team, overseeing projects from initial request through final delivery. Acting as the primary liaison between clients and designers, the Design Project Manager ensures seamless communication, manages project timelines and upholds creative standards. This role also involves optimizing internal workflows, maintaining project management systems and fostering collaboration to deliver high-quality, on-time results that reflect the team’s creative excellence. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Turn creative project requests into actionable plans — think schedules, timelines and deliverables, making sure everything runs like clockwork
Work closely with talented teams, communicating clearly, solving problems on the fly and taking ownership of project management, from brief through to final delivery
Own and maintain the project management system (Wrike). Provide regular reports on project status and timelines. Identify potential risks and gather information as needed to move projects forward
Monitor and improve workload management. Schedule projects based on team capacity
Facilitate clear and consistent communication between creative team and stakeholders
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment
Lead weekly status meetings to provide visibility and help move projects successfully throughout the process
Serve as the day-to-day communication point between design team and internal departments and key stakeholders
Ensure all tasks and projects are correctly set up in the project management tool, tagged and organized for proper tracking and coordination across departments
Develop and maintain training documents and resources for the project management tool and processes. Provide in-person training and onboarding support
Develop reports, dashboards, request forms and other assets in the project management system as needed for all departments and projects (including, but not limited to Design)
Manage relationship and contract with project management tool vendor
Available as needed during home Seahawks games or special events
QUALIFICATIONS

Experience working with Project Management software – familiarity with Wrike is a plus
Experience working with Adobe and similar professional creative software tools as related to project management tasks
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to build effective working relationships
Experience working in a creative environment with a strong understanding of creative processes and deliverables
A self-starter, relationship-driven, dynamic team player
Strong attention to detail, innovative thinker and solution-oriented attitude
Willingness to learn new concepts, processes and receive feedback
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree from a college or university, or similar experience
6+ years of experience in project management specifically working with design teams or creative services
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The salary range for this position is: $90,000 – $110,000. The salary range applies to the current posting. The posted salary range may vary based on key factors including, but not limited to, education, job-related knowledge, experience and skill set.
