Performance Marketing Manager (Channels, Financial Services, NYSE listed)
Key Responsibilities:
Design and lead the execution of a comprehensive channel marketing framework to drive business growth and market penetration.
Develop and launch go‑to‑market strategies tailored for diverse channel partners.
Orchestrate integrated marketing campaigns across all key channels, including digital, print, and industry events.
Craft compelling and differentiated value propositions and messaging for various partner segments.
Oversee multi‑channel marketing budgets, rigorously tracking and optimizing ROI for all initiatives.
Collaborate seamlessly with cross‑functional teams to ensure brand consistency and partner success, leveraging experience with external partnerships.
Pioneer co‑marketing initiatives and collaborative programs with strategic partners.
Leverage market trends, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA is highly preferred.
Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
A minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience, with a significant tenure in a senior leadership role, preferably in financial services.
Demonstrated success in designing and executing impactful channel marketing strategies.
Deep expertise in B2B and B2B2C marketing principles.
Extensive experience across a range of marketing disciplines, including digital, influencer, brand, and social media.
