Position Overview We are seeking a
Digital Marketing Specialist
to join our team full-time at our
Minneapolis, MN
location. This role is ideal for a creative, analytical, and driven marketer who thrives on building digital strategies that deliver measurable results. You’ll take ownership of our online presence—crafting campaigns, managing platforms, analyzing performance, and continuously optimizing to elevate brand awareness and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute
SEO strategies
to increase organic visibility and search performance.
Plan, manage, and optimize
Google Ads and Facebook Ads
campaigns to maximize ROI and lead quality.
Leverage
Go High Level (GHL)
for CRM management, automation, funnel building, and client workflows.
Collaborate with designers to create
high-performing websites and landing pages
focused on conversion and user experience.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance using
Google Analytics
and other reporting tools to provide actionable insights.
Manage and grow our
social media presence , ensuring consistent and engaging brand storytelling.
Communicate directly with clients, provide strategy updates, and maintain strong professional relationships.
Stay informed on the latest
digital marketing trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes
to keep our strategies cutting-edge.
Qualifications
2–4 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience
with a focus on SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
Proven expertise with
Google Ads, Meta Business Suite , and SEO platforms like
Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz .
Experience using
Go High Level (GHL)
for marketing automation, pipelines, and reporting.
Strong understanding of
web design principles , UX best practices, and conversion optimization.
Excellent
analytical, communication, and project management
skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a
fast‑paced, collaborative environment .
Bachelor’s degree in
Marketing, Communications, or a related field
preferred.
Familiarity with the
automotive industry
is a strong plus.
