Fort Worth connections and experience Case manager relationships Community based care experience Perform assigned administrative duties in accordance with established procedures and as directed by your supervisor, to assure that a successful, viable administrative program is always maintained Assume the authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary to carry out the duties of this department Monitor and track monthly budget expenditures in the Admission and Hospitality departments Monitor and track monthly, quarterly, and annual census outcomes Verify admissions or discharges each morning; update the census and notify relevant stakeholders Email the updated census in the morning and upon any changes during the day Attend management meetings daily Handle inquiries professionally; route admission inquiries to the DON for review; coordinate with business office on insurance coverage and payment status Monitor, track, and respond to inquiries; provide facility information Coordinate transportation and notify admit nurses and hospital of admissions Sign in residents and families who are admitting; manage document copies and charting Conduct tours of the facility highlighting survey history, staffing ratios, and therapy outcomes Maintain rapport with discharge planners to facilitate admissions Coordinate resident admissions ensuring all requirements are met Coordinate welcoming of new residents and families with the Hospitality Coordinator Develop and engage referral sources (hospital discharge planners, assisted living centers, home health agencies, community resources) Monitor competitor activities regarding marketing, community involvement, and services Coordinate public events Notify residents’ families and the public of essential information regarding changes Participate in public, civic, and association events involving the geriatric population Create a positive image in the community for the facility Provide support and information to administration regarding media inquiries Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree preferred Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
