Admissions / Marketing Coordinator

NHS Management, LLC . You will play a key role in maintaining resident census, developing and implementing marketing programs, and acting as a liaison between our facility and the community. Responsibilities
Maintain resident census based on facility goals.
Develop and implement marketing program, coordinate admissions committee efforts.
Coordinate admission process and assist families with administrative questions.
Take interested families on tours of the facility.
Complete admission paperwork and verify insurance.
Coordinate with hospital case managers.
Use nursing skills to assist in assessments aligned with facility goals.
Conduct market research and make marketing suggestions.
Evaluate resident/family satisfaction with admission process and facility.
Act as facility liaison at community/civic organization functions, keep abreast of market changes, and guide admissions committee participation.
Qualifications
Previous experience in admission process required.
Ability to deal effectively with discharge planners, case managers, physicians, referral contacts, families, residents, and staff.
Good customer service and public relations skills.
Ability to speak and present publicly.
Ability to work independently.
Minimum age 18 years.
Fluency in English (read, write, understand).
