We are seeking an Admissions and Marketing Director to oversee the customer flow, admissions process, and marketing program for the community. Position Summary The primary purpose is to manage the customer flow, admissions process, and marketing program for the community. Responsibilities include guiding the marketing program to ensure strong customer, referral, and payer satisfaction, appropriate market penetration, positive public image, and maximization of community profitability and census goals.
Responsibilities
Cultivating and maintaining professional relationships in the local health care markets.
Generate referrals for services by building relationships with hospitals, physicians, independent and assisted living facilities, and other community resources.
Coordinate tours, admissions, insurance verifications & pre‑certs.
Conduct community outreach activities such as health fairs, wellness checks, and caregiver support groups.
Make regular marketing calls and visits to referral sources to increase the number of referrals and admissions.
Facilitate admissions decisions, and ensure a positive admission experience for customers and families.
Provide extraordinary customer service to both external and internal customers (referral sources, patients, and families; supervisors, clinical & non‑clinical staff, pharmacies, suppliers).
Requirements
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in a healthcare setting.
Previous experience in Admissions/Marketing.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Shift & Wage
Full‑time opportunity available.
Shift: 8:00a – 5:00p, Monday – Friday.
Wage: Based on experience.
