About The Role We’re looking for an experienced event manager who can elevate our brand presence at tradeshows, conferences, and niche events. The successful candidate will drive the end‑to‑end event experience, from ideation through execution, and measure ROI to influence marketing and sales strategy.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute approximately 50 annual events, including tradeshows and conferences, to increase brand awareness and lead acquisition.

Research industry events, evaluate sponsorship opportunities, and collaborate with sales leaders to align budget and audience goals.

Manage vendor relationships, event registration, booth selection, logistics, event registration, and AV requirements.

Communicate details with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, and partner teams.

Coordinate pre‑ and post‑event activities such as marketing emails, lead capture, engagement tracking, and expense reporting.

Oversee brand presence before, during, and after the event, including creative assets, advertising, and content.

Ensure a high‑quality event with maximized ROI through collaboration with vendors and show managers.

Develop event playbooks for large events, outlining schedules, activities, and logistics.

Collaborate with sales operations to manage lead data and streamline CRM tracking.

Maintain relationships with state and national association memberships.

Skills & Experience Needed

3+ years marketing event experience, preferably in SaaS or payments.

Hands‑on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Monday.com.

Highly organized, detail‑oriented with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional presence.

Self‑starter who can investigate and resolve project needs independently.

BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

Willingness to travel up to 25%.
