35+ years of experience in a marketing operations or automation role Deep expertise in HubSpot

CRM and Marketing Hub (certifications strongly preferred) Strong understanding of lead flow, funnel management, and attribution modeling Experience creating dashboards and campaign reporting in HubSpot and Google Analytics Ability to collaborate across marketing, sales, and leadership teams Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills About the Job:

Unlimited Systems is seeking a

Marketing Operations Manager

to own and optimize the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that fuel our revenue engine. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this role is ideal for a

HubSpot power user

who thrives at the intersection of marketing automation, CRM operations, data analytics, and performance reporting. As the first dedicated hire in this function, youll play a pivotal role in scaling our marketing efforts across specialty healthcare verticals. Youll help us shift from a manual, execution-heavy environment to an automated, insight-driven growth engine. Duties and Responsibilities:

Own day-to-day management of

HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub Build, optimize, and document

automated workflows , lead scoring, segmentation, and campaign logic Partner with sales to ensure seamless

lead lifecycle management , handoffs, and data hygiene Build forms, landing pages, nurture streams, and performance dashboards within HubSpot Data, Reporting & Attribution Develop and maintain real-time marketing

dashboards and reports

(pipeline contribution, campaign ROI, attribution, channel performance) Monitor marketing KPIs to provide insights and guide optimization Process Optimization Define and standardize

marketing campaign setup, QA, and deployment processes Audit and improve

data accuracy, enrichment, and segmentation Maintain compliance with email best practices and privacy laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.) Cross-Functional Enablement Serve as the

technical liaison
