Responsibilities As an A/V Installation Technician, you’ll be responsible for:
Installing, configuring, and testing
audio, video, electrical, and control system equipment
Running, labeling, and managing
low-voltage cabling and wiring
Performing
basic electrical connections
related to A/V and automation systems
Assisting in system design implementation, including
home automation, home theater, surveillance, and lighting control systems
Reading and interpreting
blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work environment
Delivering
excellent customer service
and representing our company with professionalism and enthusiasm
Qualifications & Skills
1–2 years of experience
in A/V installation, electronics, electrical work, or a related field (preferred)
Working knowledge of
electronics, electrical systems, construction practices, and safety procedures
Familiarity with
home automation platforms
(Control4, Crestron, Lutron, etc.) a plus
Ability to read and understand
blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
Strong
communication and customer service skills
Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and a strong
team player
Must be able to pass a
drug screening — we maintain a
drug‑free workplace
Schedule
Full‑time, Monday to Friday
8‑hour shifts
Weekends and holidays off
Flexibility for special projects when needed
