Grounds App
As our
Social Media Content Creator , you’ll collaborate with the social media team to produce short-form content that showcases Grounds’ brand lifestyle. You’ll receive raw video footage from shoots, events, and user-generated content, then edit, format, and batch posts to stayahead of schedule.
Your work will help shape the look, feel, and tone of Grounds across all social media platforms — from TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn — keeping our content fresh, consistent, and community-centered.
Responsibilities
Edit and produce short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) using provided footage.
Batch-create monthly content that aligns with campaign goals, product launches, and brand storytelling.
Follow internal checklists for video quality, captions, tags, and platform-specific optimization.
Add subtitles, engaging thumbnails, and trending sounds to enhance visibility and engagement.
Ensure content aligns with Grounds’ brand calendar.
Track and report weekly performance metrics to help refine content strategy.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan video shoots and creative concepts.
Stay up to date with social trends, audio shifts, and new platform features.
Support occasional weekend coverage for launches or events (rare, but may occur).
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in social media content creation or video editing.
Proficiency in editing tools like CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or Adobe Premiere Pro.
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form storytelling.
Excellent visual sense for pacing, hooks, and creative direction.
Strong writing and captioning ability that fits the Grounds brand tone.
Highly organized and self-motivated — able to take initiative and work independently.
Comfortable juggling multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines.
Familiarity with social analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout, Metricool, or Notion).
Availability
Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
