$200,000.00/yr – $225,000.00/yr Our client is a fast‑growing, AI‑powered SaaS company transforming how modern businesses drive performance and insights through intelligent optimization. They are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Marketing to build and scale the function from the ground up at a rapidly expanding Series A organization. What You’ll Be Doing Define the marketing strategy and roadmap:

Build and execute integrated programs that increase awareness, fuel pipeline, and strengthen engagement. Lead brand development:

Craft compelling narratives, messaging, and thought leadership that differentiate our client in a competitive AI‑driven landscape. Scale demand generation:

Launch and optimize campaigns across digital, content, events, and partnerships to drive qualified lead flow and accelerate revenue. Oversee product marketing:

Translate complex product capabilities into clear, customer‑ready value propositions and enable the go‑to‑market organization with strong sales materials. Expand market presence:

Pursue speaking opportunities, media relations, analyst engagement, and ecosystem partnerships to increase visibility. Collaborate with executive leadership:

Work closely with cross‑functional leaders across Revenue and Product to ensure alignment with company objectives. Build and lead a team:

Recruit, coach, and develop a world‑class marketing organization that scales with the business. Optimize using data:

Establish KPIs, measure effectiveness, and leverage insights to refine campaigns and maximize ROI. Qualifications 10+ years of marketing experience, including 5+ years leading teams within high‑growth B2B SaaS, AI, Marketing Technology, or similar industries. Proven success building marketing functions from early‑stage through scale. Expertise across brand, demand generation, product marketing, communications, and events. Demonstrated ability to drive measurable business outcomes and pipeline. Strong executive presence: able to set vision strategically while executing tactically.
