Job Summary

F***, one of the largest headwear manufacturers in the world, is looking for a full-time Marketing Director who will lead its Marketing Team. The Director oversees creating and executing brand strategy online and offline, ATL and BTL managing a team of marketing associates and graphic designers. This role will report to the Senior Vice President.
Job Description
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with global brand objectives and resonate with the American consumer.

Champion brand consistency across all U.S. marketing channels, including retail, digital, PR, and events.

Oversee concept development, planning, and execution of seasonal and product-specific campaigns tailored to the U.S. market.
-Drive performance across e-commerce, social media, influencer marketing, and digital advertising platforms.
-Analyze consumer trends, competitor activities, and market data to inform strategy and identify opportunities for growth.
-Manage marketing budgets, ensuring ROI on campaigns and efficiency in resource allocation.
-Build and lead a high-performing U.S. marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and collaboration.
Qualifications
-10+ years of progressive marketing experience in the apparel, fashion, or lifestyle sector, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
-Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written); able to translate strategy and ideas between both languages and cultures.
-Strong knowledge of the U.S. apparel market, consumer behavior, and retail/e-commerce landscape.
-Experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners/agencies.
-Travel (more than 20%) is required.
