Overview
We’re hiring a proactive and analytically sharp Performance Media Partner Manager to join our performance marketing team, focused on lead generation campaigns across home services and adjacent verticals. This role is central to scaling and maintaining partner relationships, optimizing digital media campaigns, and helping ensure we hit client-level margin goals. Compensation: From $120,000 to $140,000 per year. What Success Looks Like
Within the first 90 days, this person will be fully embedded in our systems and workflows, running partner calls, identifying optimization opportunities, and relieving leadership of day-to-day execution. They’ll be trusted to own their portfolio, maintain margin targets, and push both internal and external teams toward stronger results. Key Responsibilities
Manage performance-focused third-party media partners across multiple accounts, leading weekly calls, tracking performance, and driving ongoing optimization. Interpret and act on data using Excel and Looker Studio — spotting trends, identifying issues, and recommending adjustments to improve campaign ROI. Serve as the internal project quarterback — liaising across departments (data, media, operations) to ensure initiatives are executed, tracked, and optimized. Support broader account strategy by helping maintain a clear and stable view of how each partner fits within the overall client book. Work alongside Coordinators through daily collaboration, modeling best practices in organization, execution, and communication. What You Bring
3–5 years of experience in digital performance marketing with strong experience and full understanding of media arbitrage models (CPM/CPL/CPA) High proficiency in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.) and experience using Looker Studio or similar data visualization platforms. Deep understanding of margin management and the ability to work toward profitability targets with precision. Proactive mindset and calm, confident communication style — someone who leads calls, manages partners, and keeps things moving without needing to be asked twice. Strong organizational and detail-management skills — someone who naturally sees the moving pieces and keeps them tightly aligned. Benefits
