Gilead's mission is to discover, develop, and deliver therapies that will improve the lives of patients with life-threatening illnesses worldwide. As part of Gileads efforts to expand HIV prevention, the Associate Director, Consumer Marketing Market Expansion will help execute a newly designed strategy to engage and motivate nave and under-represented audiences into active HIV prevention. You will assist in translating insights into actionable tactics, support campaign management and collaborate cross-functionally to expand PrEP awareness and relevance to new audiences who do not currently think about HIV prevention. This is an excellent opportunity for a process-oriented marketer with experience in consumer, consumer-health or pharmaceutical campaign development and management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and motivated to contribute to a mission-driven market expansion effort that connects under-represented audiences to medical care they deserve and need. This position is onsite at our Foster City, CA campus (Tuesday Thursday). Full time remote is not available. Key Responsibilities

Support development of campaign, creative and measurement strategy in collaboration with a cross-functional Market Expansion, Gilead and consultancy teams Serve as a key project management point person for the execution of creative, media and measurement plans with a focus on executional excellence and intuitive problem solving. All to ensure seamless workflows, timelines and quality. Assist in gathering and synthesizing market, HCP, Field and behavioral insights to inform the development of marketing tactics and campaign materials. Contribute and grow best-in-class digital marketing expertise across all touchpoints, with a special focus on growing Influencer strategies and AI applications to maximize impact and efficiency of plans. Serve as a liaison to agency, HCP and Field teams for resource feedback and pull-through support. Coordinate with Sales, Training, Medical, Legal, and Access teams to ensure aligned cross-functional execution. Navigate the MLR review process. Drive the implementation and ongoing optimization of strategies tailored to priority regional markets, ensuring measurable impact 20%-40% travel within the US Basic Qualifications

High School Degree and Fourteen Years Experience OR Associates degree and Twelve Years Experience OR Bachelor's Degree and Ten Years Experience OR Masters' Degree and Eight Years Experience Preferred Qualifications

Experience in developing multi-audience consumer campaigns with cultural awareness and business impact Experience in cross-discipline brand campaign development and management (Advertising, PR, Field, Owned, etc.) Demonstrated passion for behavior-change based campaign development Demonstrated passion for evolving best-in-class campaigns with new technologies and consumer engagements Ability to translate insights into tools that de-stigmatize and normalize prevention discussions Comfortable and confident engaging internal and external teams on sensitive health topics Can navigate sensitive health topics with professionalism and cultural awareness Benefits and Additional Information

The salary range for this position is: $195,670.00 - $253,220.00. Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package.
