Job Description
What you will be doing:
  • Develop and produce marketing materials that promote Stewart to customers and prospects across print, digital, web, presentations, trade shows, and other brand touchpoints.
  • Transform ideas and concepts into compelling, visually cohesive designs.
  • Maintain consistency and integrity across all branded materials and campaigns.
  • Create templates and scalable brand assets for use across teams.
  • Partner with creative, content, and strategy teams throughout the project lifecycle from concept to final delivery.
  • Keep current with evolving design trends, technologies, and cultural influences to infuse fresh perspectives into the work.
  • Offer creative direction and constructive feedback to junior designers when needed.
  • Confidently present design work to internal stakeholders, articulating design rationale and supporting decisions with market and competitor insights.
  • Manage production logistics, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors on print and promotional projects.
Experience you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in graphic design with a strong, diverse portfolio.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Experience creating both digital and print materials.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Proven experience coordinating printing and promotional production with 3rd party vendors.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to balance multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Receptive to feedback and able to iterate quickly while maintaining creative integrity.
  • Solid project management skills with a focus on efficiency and quality.
