We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team in New Orleans, Louisiana. This short-term contract to permanent position is ideal for recent graduates with a business degree in international marketing or business administration who are eager to grow their careers in a global events and marketing environment. You will play a pivotal role in supporting marketing initiatives, engaging with clients, and contributing to the success of our international campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of global event marketing strategies, ensuring all activities align with organizational goals.
- Create, manage, and monitor email campaigns to effectively engage target audiences.
- Support the planning and coordination of events, including logistics and on-site assistance.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement direct marketing campaigns that drive results.
- Manage social media platforms by creating content, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement metrics.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional service.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct research on industry trends to support the development of innovative marketing strategies.
- Ensure timely follow-up on client interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
- Work closely with team members to meet deadlines and achieve project objectives.
Requirements:
