Your Role at Baxter
As a Software Product Manager, you will manage product lifecycle for digital products in the BardyDx Portfolio, including web-based tools and mobile applications. You will collaborate with software/engineering, UX/UI, and Sales to explore, innovate, and create new products while improving existing ones. You will own market and user analysis, gather technical requirements, manage the roadmap, and contribute to go-to-market efforts. The role is based in Bellevue (Seattle).
What you'll be doing
- Oversee portfolio of digital products (software platforms, apps) from discovery to post-launch management.
- Lead short- and long-term digital product strategy, road mapping, and backlog grooming.
- Work with stakeholders across software/engineering, sales, clinical, finance, and customer experience to identify unmet needs and define business value.
- Translate market requirements into technical specifications to improve existing products and build new solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering to deliver products across multiple sprints.
- Drive product launches with a cross-functional team, manage go-to-market activities, validation/testing, user manuals, release notes, and training.
- Assess product, technology, and customer trends to drive new development.
- Maintain competitive market intelligence and understanding of workflows and functionality.
- Build strong relationships with customers and support sales efforts when needed.
What you'll bring
- BA/BS in MIS, Marketing/Business, CS/Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 4+ years in digital product management, software/engineering, or digital product development in software, medical device, or healthcare IT industries.
- Advanced experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong understanding of SDLC and best practices.
- Proven success in defining, launching, and maintaining software products.
- Experience prioritizing products in a multifaceted environment using analytics.
- Experience testing and validating product value in the market.
- Proven project management and analytical skills.
- Ability to listen to client feedback and generate actionable items.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze issues and deploy solutions in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects.
- Understanding of health IT / connected devices / apps / hosted software is a plus.
- Versed in agile development practices and product ownership.
Additional information
Baxter is committed to flexible workplace options with a policy that includes a minimum number of days in the Bellevue office. Compensation is expected to reflect market data and other factors; base salary range for this position is $96,000 - $132,000 annually, with eligibility for discretionary bonuses. We require authorization to work in the U.S. and cannot sponsor visas at this time.
