The Digital Marketing & Engagement Manager will be responsible for managing partner bank engagement and driving growth for TIB card issuing programs through digital marketing and outreach.

Major duties / responsibilities
  • Serves as primary marketing contact for partner banks participating in the card program.
  • Develops and implements growth?oriented digital marketing campaigns and initiatives for the agent card program and on behalf of partner banks.
  • Assists Card Service Relationship Managers in partner bank service?oriented requests.
  • Supports other organic growth initiatives including branch promotions and mail?based marketing communications.
  • Designs and maintains a library of high?quality marketing materials, including digital graphics, flyers, and email templates.
  • Develops web?based graphics and assists partner banks in ensuring promotional information is appropriately displayed on their websites.
  • Provides guidance to bank staff on promoting digital card products.
  • Conducts regular outreach to partner banks and maintains the contact management database to assess satisfaction, identify opportunities, and share marketing ideas.
  • Supports the overall marketing relationship function for the associate cardholder agent bankcard program including coordinating periodic portfolio review for key partner banks.
  • Partners with Card Services Relationship Managers and operations director to manage relationships with vendors and suppliers who provide marketing services.
  • Tracks and reports marketing campaign results to measure effectiveness and identify improvements.
  • Maintains the confidentiality of bank and customer data.
  • Complies with all banking laws and regulations.
Qualifications / requirements
  • Bachelors degree in marketing or relevant field or a minimum of four years related work experience.
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, or comparable design programs.
  • 13 years experience with graphic design and digital marketing.
  • 13 years experience creating marketing materials and launching ad campaigns.
  • Familiar with current web design strategies and concepts.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with bankers at all levels and build internal and external relationships to identify, evaluate, and resolve problems.
  • Ability to work in a fast?paced environment with changing priorities.
Preferred
  • 35 years experience working with financial institutions.
  • Knowledge of federal and state banking regulations.
