Role Overview

As a Senior Partner Manager for Non‑Endemic Sales, you will report to the Head of Non‑Endemic Partnerships and use your 7+ years of experience selling digital performance advertising solutions to businesses in categories such as Auto, Finance, Travel, QSR, or Insurance. Experience in Out‑Of‑Home (OOH) and/or Audio/CTV advertising is highly desired. Ideal candidates will have a proven ability to navigate complex, data‑led marketing strategies across a variety of stakeholders, from agency contacts to C‑suite executives.

Responsibilities

  • Reach and exceed sales quotas while contributing to overall team goals.
  • Manage strategically complex accounts in non‑endemic categories.
  • Accurately manage sales pipelines and forecasting to prioritize business opportunities and resources.
  • Develop and broaden high‑level collaborative relationships, within Agany Holding Co’s and Client Direct.
  • Prospect and penetrate organizations to drive alignment, influencing both executive and day‑to‑day contacts.
  • Implement strategies for always‑on revenue, establishing a perpetual revenue stream for the organization.
  • Collaborate with partners to create learning agendas and help clients measure the impact of Walmart Connect’s solutions.
  • Serve as an industry thought leader in performance advertising, leveraging Walmart Connect’s ongoing product and technology developments.
  • Create and deliver consultative sales presentations using industry knowledge, market trends, and Walmart Connect marketing solutions.
  • Present needs‑based solutions and high‑quality, objective‑based opportunities in response to RFPs.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in digital sales, OOH, branded content, full‑funnel platform sales, or PMP/automation.
  • Demonstrated experience in Out‑Of‑Home (OOH) and/or Audio advertising.
  • Strong track record of high‑level negotiation and successful relationship management (internal and external).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and diligent follow‑through.
  • Proven ability to reach and exceed sales revenue goals through consultative selling.
  • Strong understanding of digital consumer behavior and how Walmart Connect can help non‑endemic brands achieve their goals.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, curiosity, persistence, and structured problem‑solving ability.
  • Ability to work in a large matrixed organization; cross‑functional collaboration is key.
  • Experience in a fast‑paced startup, sales, and/or online advertising environment is strongly preferred.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing and sales, advertising, or a related area and 4 years’ experience in business development, market development, or a related area.
  • OR 6 years’ experience in business development, market development, or a related area.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (Master’s) in Business, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Advertising, or a related area.
  • Leading cross‑functional teams.
  • Experience preparing and executing budgets.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Stock options may be offered based on performance.
