Cabinet Repair Artist Job at Kitchen Tune-Up Franchise System in Franklin

Position Summary

Kitchen Tune‑Up Franklin is seeking a Tune‑Up Artist to work on kitchen cabinet projects in Franklin, Brentwood, and surrounding areas. This part‑time position requires 2‑3 days per week. The role starts at $17.00 per hour, with potential increases after a 60‑day probationary period.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Arrive at the job site on time in appropriate work clothing.
• Repair wood cabinets and other wood surfaces, matching color and finish.
• Follow instructions from the project manager.
• Adhere to Kitchen Tune‑Up’s customer service TrustPoints.
• Keep the work area clean and orderly; clean up daily.
• Communicate progress updates.
• Work quickly and efficiently.
• Be able to work in Franklin and surrounding communities.

Additional Requirements

• Stellar work ethic.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions without deviation.
• Experience with woodworking and finishing (plus).
• Professional and friendly customer interaction skills.
• Personal pride in a job well done the first time.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to color‑match (cannot be color blind).

Compensation

$17.00 – $20.00 per hour.
