Position Summary Kitchen Tune‑Up Franklin is seeking a Tune‑Up Artist to work on kitchen cabinet projects in Franklin, Brentwood, and surrounding areas. This part‑time position requires 2‑3 days per week. The role starts at $17.00 per hour, with potential increases after a 60‑day probationary period. Duties & Responsibilities Arrive at the job site on time in appropriate work clothing. Repair wood cabinets and other wood surfaces, matching color and finish. Follow instructions from the project manager. Adhere to Kitchen Tune‑Up’s customer service TrustPoints. Keep the work area clean and orderly; clean up daily. Communicate progress updates. Work quickly and efficiently. Be able to work in Franklin and surrounding communities. Additional Requirements Stellar work ethic. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions without deviation. Experience with woodworking and finishing (plus). Professional and friendly customer interaction skills. Personal pride in a job well done the first time. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Pass a criminal background check. Ability to color‑match (cannot be color blind).
