Job Summary The Online Content Specialist serves as a key member of the Marketing and E-commerce team, responsible for driving content creation, localization, and optimization to ensure consistent and engaging messaging across all digital channels. This role requires a strong understanding of SEO, digital content strategy, and creative storytelling to enhance customer experience and brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Marketing and E-commerce teams to execute content and digital marketing strategies that align with company goals.
  • Manage the content localization process, adapting global material for local relevance while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Create, review, and optimize content for online channels, ensuring it aligns with SEO best practices.
  • Develop and manage digital assets and content pages across websites and online platforms.
  • Conduct A/B testing to evaluate content performance and make data-driven improvements.
  • Partner cross-functionally with teams such as SEO, Merchandising, Digital Performance, and Range to ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Continuously refine editorial processes and contribute insights for improving efficiency and engagement.
  • Participate in content planning, scheduling, and publishing activities in alignment with digital marketing objectives.
  • Support ongoing transformation initiatives by fostering collaboration, sharing best practices, and leading with company values.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or copywriting.
  • Demonstrated success creating and managing content across web and e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience with SEO principles, content localization, and multichannel marketing.

Required Skills

  • Strong creative writing and editing skills for digital audiences.
  • Deep understanding of SEO and dynamic content optimization.
  • Knowledge of marketing technologies, CRM systems, and multichannel customer behavior.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing content for retail or e-commerce brands.
  • Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) tools.
  • Analytical mindset for evaluating content performance.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration and communication across teams.
