Role Overview

As our Creative Marketing Manager, you’ll be a strategic partner to our marketing, sales, and client services teams. You’ll lead creative execution across digital and physical channels, ensuring our brand voice and visual identity shine through every touchpoint. From content creation and campaign strategy to internal communications and packaging design, you’ll drive initiatives that foster long-term partnerships and fuel business growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and Visual Storytelling: Create compelling digital and print assets using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva, ensuring brand consistency across campaigns, packaging, and client experience boxes.
  • Video Production: Concept, edit, and produce dynamic video content in Adobe Premiere Pro for social media, YouTube, and marketing initiatives.
  • Content Strategy & Social Media: Develop and manage content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube; schedule posts and optimize performance based on analytics.
  • Copywriting & Editorial: Write and art-direct blog posts, newsletters, case studies, and brand communications that blend strong narrative with clean design.
  • Campaign Development: Collaborate on creative direction and execution for product launches, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Photography & Asset Management: Capture, edit, and organize photography for campaigns and visual libraries; manage digital assets and uploads across platforms.
  • Market Research & Trend Analysis: Conduct competitive and trend research to inform creative strategy and visual direction.
  • Project & Calendar Management: Oversee timelines for campaigns, events, and internal initiatives, ensuring cross-departmental alignment and timely execution.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, creative, or design-related roles
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or marketing
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Canva
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and visual design skills
  • Experience with digital marketing, SEO, paid ads, and branding
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven ability to post and analyze content across major social platforms
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and technically adept
  • Collaborative, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead senior-level meetings
