Since 2001, Photogenic, the Souvenir Division of Cherry Hill Programs, creates unique souvenir photography solutions, bringing magic to every experience for children and families across North America.

As a Sales Associate, you’ll create a memorable photo experience by providing world‑class guest service to our visitors at the Mystic Aquarium.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
• Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Work comfortably in an outdoor environment under natural weather conditions
• Perform all other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team player who can work independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
