Shred415 is hiring: Fitness Studio Manager in St. Louis

Self-driven, solution-oriented professional with experience managing customers, multiple projects and relationships.

We’re looking for a passionate and fun individual to assist with leading our studio and support staff to collectively drive sale and studio growth.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sales Growth: Focus on increasing revenue and memberships
• Training and Hiring Staff: Empowering staff with sales training, feedback and check-ins
• Marketing and outreach: Collaborating with local businesses to create partnerships for studio awareness
• Operations: Oversee the daily operations and upkeep of the studio

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to work 32 hours per week including weekends; holiday availability if needed
• Fitness & wellness minded who enjoys to workout
• Efficient at multi-tasking and working in a fast paced environment
• Dependable, flexible and an energetic natural leader with attention to detail
• Ability to train and lead other staff members
• Proficient with Gmail & Google Sheets/Excel
• Mindbody Software experience a plus
