Fitness Studio Manager Job at Shred415 in Saint Louis

Self-driven, solution-oriented professional with experience managing customers, multiple projects and relationships. We’re looking for a passionate and fun individual to assist with leading our studio and support staff to collectively drive sale and studio growth. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: RESPONSIBILITIES Sales Growth: Focus on increasing revenue and memberships Training and Hiring Staff: Empowering staff with sales training, feedback and check-ins Marketing and outreach: Collaborating with local businesses to create partnerships for studio awareness Operations: Oversee the daily operations and upkeep of the studio QUALIFICATIONS Ability to work 32 hours per week including weekends; holiday availability if needed Fitness & wellness minded who enjoys to workout Efficient at multi-tasking and working in a fast paced environment Dependable, flexible and an energetic natural leader with attention to detail Ability to train and lead other staff members Proficient with Gmail & Google Sheets/Excel Mindbody Software experience a plus Location: St. Louis, MO #J-18808-Ljbffr
