Develop and execute strategic recruitment marketing campaigns aligned with company and employer brand strategies
Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders to translate hiring goals into effective marketing initiatives
Manage day‑to‑day campaign execution, including job board advertising and event promotion
Create campaign assets such as landing pages and promotional materials
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on real‑time data and analytics
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree Required
3+ years of experience in a digital recruitment marketing‑focused role
Intermediate skills and proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word, and Outlook
Experience with advertising tactics across platforms such as Meta ads and Google Ads
Ability to manage concurrent projects with varying timelines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Strong experience running performance‑driven campaigns across platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn
Familiarity with Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and campaign deployment
Experience using people analytics platforms to measure recruiting funnel metrics and campaign ROI
Prior experience in healthcare recruitment or talent marketing
Comfortable creating and editing marketing assets using tools like Canva Pro
