This 3‑month contract role is for a

Recruitment Marketing Sr. Analyst

who will drive innovative recruitment marketing strategies across assigned business areas. Acting as a strategic partner to Talent Acquisition, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to plan, execute, and optimize targeted campaigns that support candidate attraction, employer brand awareness, and talent pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic recruitment marketing campaigns for assigned business areas, aligned with broader company and employer brand strategies.

Partner closely with Talent Acquisition leaders to understand hiring goals and translate them into effective marketing initiatives with a proactive approach.

Manage day‑to‑day campaign execution, including job board advertising, programmatic campaigns, event promotion and billing.

Create campaign assets such as landing pages and promotional materials using tools like Canva Pro and Phenom.

Serve as a subject matter expert on Indeed, optimizing sponsored job performance and audience targeting to maximize results.

Monitor campaign performance and proactively adjust strategies based on real‑time data and analytics.

Collaborate with external advertising vendors and internal teams to ensure campaigns are effective, on‑brand, and delivering results.

Track campaign activities using UTM parameters, source attribution tools, and report ROI and funnel metrics.

Stay ahead of trends in recruitment marketing, media, and employer branding, bringing innovative tactics and technologies to the table.

What Sets You Apart

Deep understanding of the talent acquisition lifecycle and how recruitment marketing supports sourcing and hiring success.

Strong experience running performance‑driven campaigns across platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads (SEM/Display) and more.

Demonstrated success using Indeed’s suite of tools (e.g., sponsored jobs, analytics dashboards, audience targeting, and job optimizations).

Experience with Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and basic campaign deployment along with landing page setup for lead generation (e.g., Phenom).

Comfortable creating and editing marketing assets within brand guidelines using tools like Canva Pro.

Organized and deadline‑oriented, with experience managing multiple projects using platforms like ClickUp.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns for better performance.

Experience using people analytics platforms such as Visier to measure recruiting funnel metrics, source attribution, and campaign ROI.

Prior experience in healthcare recruitment or talent marketing is strongly preferred.

Familiarity with UTM tracking, source attribution, and ATS platforms (especially Workday).

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.

3+ years of experience working in digital recruitment marketing focused role.

Intermediate skills and proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word, and Outlook.

Experience with advertising tactics such as Meta ads, Google Ads (SEM, Display Network), YouTube Ads, Job Boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc), Out‑of‑home advertising, etc.

Ability to work on concurrent projects with varying timelines.
