What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Support the Global Brand Manager in executing regional product innovation and renovation processes for OLLY across various geographic clusters
Assist with new market product compliance by collaborating with creative design, regulatory, R&D, and legal teams
Conduct market research, including product segmentation and category analysis for new market expansion
Analyze data from various sources to extract key insights and build performance dashboards
Manage and track the global portfolio, monitoring product performance against sales targets and KPIs
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum 3 years of innovation or brand experience, preferably within the vitamins, minerals, and supplements (VMS) or consumer products industry
Experience with innovation launches, including research, claims development, and artwork development
Strong project management skills with exposure to business cases and project timelines
Ability to analyze cultural, socioeconomic, and global category trends for insights
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) required

Naturally curious with a desire to understand consumer needs and market opportunities
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to maintain workflow under pressure
Highly organized, self-driven, and proactive
