This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in lead generation and performance marketing, particularly within regulated industries such as legal, financial services, or healthcare. The position will be based in Atlanta, GA with frequent travel to Tampa, FL.
What You’ll Do
Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns focused on lead generation.
Develop audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and creative frameworks tailored to each platform.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Technology, Analytics, and Client Services to ensure campaign alignment and performance.
Monitor campaign performance and proactively optimize to meet and exceed KPIs (e.g., CPL, ROAS, conversion rate).
Stay current on platform updates, privacy regulations, best practices, and industry trends affecting biddable media.
Report on performance across all campaigns, using insights to refine strategy and execution.
Manage budgets and forecast spend across campaigns and platforms.
Ensure paid efforts are fully aligned with departmental KPIs and company‑wide objectives.
Own ad content development, including copywriting, video scripting, and visual storytelling designed to engage target audiences.
Manage and mentor a team of Paid Social Media Managers.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of hands‑on experience in paid social media strategy, planning, and buying.
Proven success managing lead generation campaigns across multiple platforms with a strong understanding of performance metrics like CTR, CPA, CVR, and ROAS.
Experience working within regulated verticals such as legal, financial services, or healthcare.
Deep understanding of biddable media principles and auction‑based platforms.
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Reddit, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other relevant tools.
Proven ability to create engaging ad content, including writing, and visual asset development using Canva or similar software.
Strong analytical skills and a data‑driven mindset to inform decision‑making, with experience using reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker Studio).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with attribution models, conversion tracking, and CRM integrations.
Certification in Meta Blueprint or similar platforms is a plus.
