Job Responsibilities
Oversee training curriculum and instructional development across multiple audiences to align with business goals
Assess training needs for new product and program rollouts, creating schedules for development and evaluation
Design and develop behavior-based learning experiences and course materials in various formats
Manage instructional design projects from inception to completion, ensuring effective use of multimedia technology
Evaluate training methodologies and lead efforts for continuous improvement in instructional practices
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 6 years of experience in instructional design and curriculum planning
Advanced experience with instructional software such as Articulate Storyline and video editing software like Camtasia
Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design processes
Excellent communication and time management skills to coordinate multiple projects
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in facilitating training in both classroom and virtual settings
Proven track record in designing large-scale training rollouts for new programs
Familiarity with research methodologies related to instructional design
Strong ability to assess needs and determine effective resource utilization
